Mr. Bender received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 1987 and his law degree from the University of San Francisco in 1991.
Mr. Bender has served as Chairman of the Real Estate Section of the San Mateo County Bar Association since 2005.
Mr. Bender's practice is focused on handling cases involving property sale disputes, landlord tenant matters, mechanic's liens, boundary line disputes, condominium law and other related areas.
Mr. Bender also represents homeowners in negotiating with lenders to save their property from foreclosures and modify loans so that their mortgage payments remain affordable. This includes short sales, forgiveness of debt and related matters.
