Mr. Allen received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1972 from the University of Pittsburgh and graduated from law school in 1978. Mr. Allen has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1978. After eight years working as an engineer and corporate counsel for a multinational Fortune 500 construction and engineering company, Mr. Allen left the corporate world and formed a law partnership in 1980 with an emphasis on real estate, construction and business litigation and transactions. In 1985 Mr. Allen left that partnership and formed the Law Office of Michael B. Allen, A Professional Corporation, the predecessor to the Michael B. Allen Law Group, Inc.
Since 1985 Mr. Allen has owned that law firm and added highly motivated competent attorneys to provide equally competent legal services to the firms’ clients.
For over 30 years Mr. Allen and the attorneys working for his firm have provided top notch legal services to some of the Bay Areas’ most successful business people and firms as well as providing litigation services and legal counsel to numerous small to large business entities including corporations and all forms of partnerships.
